President of Health Essentials Physician Network and GeriNet Medical Associates

Brad Hively is the President of Health Essentials Physician Network and GeriNet Medical Associates. Founded in 1996, Health Essentials is a care delivery organization for high risk patients with advanced illness. Through our Medical Group (GeriNet), our IPA (Health Essentials Physician Network), and our 8 Hospices we provide compassionate, accountable care to post-acute, palliative, and hospice patients. Prior to joining Health Essentials, Brad was Senior Vice President, Medical Group Operations, for Heritage Provider Network, a Knox-Keene licensed medical group and IPA that manages care for over 700,000 lives on an at-risk basis. Earlier in his career Brad was a healthcare investor with TA Associates, General Atlantic, and Merrill Lynch. Regarded as a subject matter expert in healthcare management, Brad serves as an Adjunct Professor for USC’s Masters of Health Administration program. Brad received a BA in Business Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
