In addition to leadership roles in hospitals, medical imaging centers and health care technology companies, he led dbMotion from its early days as a start-up to an industry leader in the interoperability and Health Information Exchange (HIE) market space. When dbMotion was acquired by Allscripts Health Solutions, he served as President of Population Health Management, building a new business unit focused on the transition to value-based care through patient engagement, systems interoperability, and analytics.

He plays an integral role in external reporting and accounting, and has created a world-class controllership and reporting organization, while also supporting significant investment decisions and acquisition activity. Mr. McLean oversees the accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and investor relations teams. Mr. McLean spent the majority of his career at KPMG, working with a focus on the health care sector.
