About the HCL Conference

The Healthcare Leaders Conference brings together 150 of the most successful venture capital and private equity investors and CEO’s from the healthcare services and health information technology sectors. A great kick-off to the post summer business year, the Healthcare Leaders Conference brings together old friends, colleagues and competitors with those on the cutting edge pursuing the next new thing in healthcare services and HIT.

Conference Schedule

The best 24 hours in healthcare…the Conference is purpose-built to allow a surgical strike for those attending. Arrive in time for golf or tennis on Wednesday afternoon or relax in the Resort’s 5-star spa; enjoy a poolside networking cocktail hour and dinner; then an early start Thursday morning with five hours of the best and brightest sharing their experience, perspective and vision for where the healthcare business is; its challenges and opportunities and where it is going.

Ian Adler Memorial Innovator Award

The Ian Adler Memorial Healthcare Innovator Award gives our attendees, hosts and sponsors an opportunity to recognize outstanding operating executives, who as Chief Executive Officers have made a dramatic impact on the success of their individual companies in terms of value creation; the implementation of sector-shaping business models and innovative business practices; culture and team-building; and their individual /organizational impact on the overall healthcare scene.

In nominating and selecting awardees, we have a strong bias for leaders who have achieved these goals within the context of the emerging growth arena, and whose entire body of work across a career in relevant settings can be recognized by our Conference. The healthcare segments represented in a nominee’s background include healthcare services, managed care, and health information.

Las Colinas Resort

One of the hallmarks of the Healthcare Leaders Conference is, in fact, its venue. The Resort is just a fifteen minute drive from Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, and an easy flight from either coast or from the Midwest.   • The Healthcare Leaders Conference is by invitation only. Request an invite above.

  • After you complete your formal invitation, you will be given instructions for accessing our special group rate reservation page at the Four Seasons Dallas.

  • Registration is free for all participants. Registration includes the Conference, the Welcoming Social Hour/Dinner, Breakfast, the Closing Lunch, and if you elect to play, the Tennis Tournament.

    Participants are only expected to pay for their accommodations, resort activities (including the golf outing), and any food and refreshments not included with the Conference.

  • You are invited to join us for any or all of the Conference activities, events and meals. Simply register for the Conference and indicate which functions you will be attending.

  • Fly into Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW). The airport is approximately 15 minutes from the Conference Resort.

  • Yes. You may want to arrive before Wednesday in order to fully enjoy the resort's amenities. You may also choose a later departure date. Please make any such arrangements directly with the Four Seasons Dallas when you make your reservations.

  • There is a fee (~$210) for the golf outing, but there is no charge for participation in the tennis tournament. If you would like to play, you will indicate this when you register for the conference. Payment for Golf is linked to your room reservation. Beverage service is complimentary.

  • Rental clubs are available at the TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas. If you need to rent a set, please indicate this on the registration form.
